“God really will replace what tried to break you.”

What touched me most was the contrast between Titus and Dalen.

One brought fear, confusion, and control… the other brought peace, patience, and quiet protection. And it made me realize how easy it is to confuse intensity for love… until you experience the real thing.

Dalen didn’t rush, didn’t force, didn’t take. He simply showed up in a way that felt… right.

This story hurt in places, but it also healed something. Because it reminded me that what God has for you won’t harm you, and that even after darkness, there is still the possibility of something gentle, steady, and good. — W. Breckett
